Well we turned up at the station about 4 hours early so we had plenty of time to wait , watch and see just how it all happens. We went strolling in a new section of Hanoi and found lots of interesting places, we window shopped, bought some last minute snacks for the journey, made some new friends, ate out, found platform 7 and our locked train.
