Bicycle setup

Well I have started to add the helpful bits to our bikes. Carol has an extra bit if handle bar for her light and cycle computer. I have also got her some tyre tape to help prevent punctures. I will also give her some bar ends to help with hill climbing and it gives her some extra hand positions for long days and tired hands.

First Entry

Well Carol has once again been my saviour. This blog has started because she directed me to the sweet spot. Thanks darling.  3 months and 2 weeks till we think we are heading off. So we better buy the tickets soon. Vietnam here we come.
